If you want to return your product for a refund, you have 14 days following receipt of your order to return your item. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot issue you a refund unless the product is faulty. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
When returning your item, please state the reason on the Returns Form enclosed in your delivery.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued a refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank, PayPal or credit card account or statement again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company or PayPal , it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ form provided on the website.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us using the ‘Contact Us’ form provided and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, if the product is faulty, we will reimburse the cost of your postage as well as the cost of purchase. In this instance, you will need to provide proof of cost of postage.
If you are shipping items with a value over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
